How are sellers graded?+

Every seller gets the same 14 checks in three groups: quality (65 points), trust and experience. Anything a seller doesn't show scores 0. A is 70 or more out of 100, F is under 40.

Can a seller pay for a better grade?+

No. We take no payment from sellers. Not for a listing, a grade or a better spot. The only way up is publishing proof.

Why US sellers only?+

We only list sellers that ship from inside the US and that we could check well enough to grade fairly. 73 sellers were left off for now.

How often do rankings change?+

Often. A grade moves when a seller publishes new lab reports, changes a policy, or new independent test results come out.
